General Description:
The Hi Tempex High Temperature Series HT Grade Air Filters Are Designed For High Efficiency Commercial and industrial applications. The Filters are available in MERV 11 and MERV 14 performances. HT Filters are produced in a wide Range of Sizes, in single or Double Header Combinations.
The HT Filter Frame Shall be Made of Heavy Duty Galvanized Steel. The media shall be constructed of water resistant, inorganic glass microfiber. For quality assrance, the glass microfiber media rolls are randomly tested and certified to meet minimum efficiency requirements by the media manufacturer. The media pack shall consist of a continuous sheet of pleated glass microfiber. The pleated media pack is sepated with multiple rolled-edge corrugated aluminum separators. Aluminized faceguards and support struts are installed on teh air entering and air leaving sides of the frame to ensure filter integrity and increased rigidity.
Operating Temperatures Range From 100 to 400 degrees Celcius. A 1/8" thick High Temperature Rope Gasket Shall be Applied to the Filter.
Technical Data:
Silicon free sealant is available for food processing industry.
Applications:
The High Temperature Filter is a High Efficiency Particulate Air filter especially designed to remove airborne contaminants in critical areas, in which high efficiency on fine particulate matter is required and where hot air is used during the production process.
These filters are used in a broad range of industries, from the production of pharmaceutics, photos and films , to food processing.

A mini-pleat HEPA filter is a type of high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filter that is designed with a specific pleating pattern and compact form factor. HEPA filters are known for their exceptional filtration efficiency, capturing at least 99.97% of particles that are 0.3 microns or larger in size. Mini-pleat HEPA filters are commonly used in various applications where the highest level of air purification is required. Here are some key features and uses of mini-pleat HEPA filters:
Pleating Design: Mini-pleat HEPA filters have a pleating design that increases their surface area. This design allows for more filter media within a compact frame, which enhances filtration efficiency while maintaining a relatively low airflow resistance.
Filtration Efficiency: Mini-pleat HEPA filters provide outstanding filtration efficiency, making them suitable for environments where maintaining extremely clean air is essential. They can effectively capture a wide range of contaminants, including dust, pollen, mold spores, bacteria, and even some viruses.
Applications: Mini-pleat HEPA filters are used in various applications, including:
Cleanrooms: They are commonly used in cleanrooms in industries like pharmaceuticals, electronics manufacturing, and biotechnology, where maintaining a sterile and particle-free environment is crucial.
Hospitals and Healthcare Facilities: These filters are used in hospital operating rooms, isolation rooms, and other critical areas to prevent the spread of airborne contaminants and pathogens.
Laboratories: Mini-pleat HEPA filters are used in research and testing laboratories to maintain clean and controlled air environments.
Nuclear Facilities: In nuclear facilities, these filters are used to prevent the release of radioactive particles into the environment.
Museums and Archives: To protect valuable artifacts and documents from dust and pollutants, mini-pleat HEPA filters may be used in climate-controlled storage and exhibition areas.
